Where to Find these Toshiba Laptop Drivers

"It's hard to find the right Toshiba laptop drivers!"

Of all the Toshiba laptop drivers out there, you need to make sure you have the exact right one you’re looking for or whatever it is your trying to fix or install won’t work. For example, some people have difficulty with their sound when it stops working. If this happens to you, then you need to think about finding the right audio and speaker drivers. Now, I wish I could personally tell you which were the right ones, but I can’t until I know exactly what model you’re dealing with. I don’t know if you’re on a tablet PC or a netbook or a notebook or desktop. I also need to know if you’re using Windows Vista or still on XP. Those things make a difference and they’ll be able to help.

Now, figure out what kind you’re looking for. Is it in the A series? Those include a10, a20, a30, a40, a44, a 55, a105, a135, and any other types in that range. If you’re not looking for those, just ignore that list. It doesn’t really concern you. However, if you’re looking for any in the q series, you might be after q706 or q708. Those are commonly found along with the a or u series (like for the pa3362u).

I know it’s all confusing but if you look on the box it’s usually labeled right there for you. Remember, companies are trying to help you figure this stuff out. They don’t want you to not have a working machine; otherwise they’d know you would never use them again. Now, there are plenty of other models out there, including the 4600, the 2410, the 2800, the 1350, and the x30.

Don’t worry about what they’re all for. That shouldn’t concern you right now. Right now you should really be thinking about what needs attention. Is it your video card that is acting up? Is there something wrong with your display or satellite drives? Do you have a problem with audio or the CD or DVD players? Is your VGA or sound card having any issues? The controller for these is really something in your system. Maybe getting the proper drivers will help, maybe they won’t. It all depends on if you are will to download the right bios if you have to. Sometimes a recovery CD with a configree will help this. If you have a tecra webcam just be sure you don’t ruin it while trying to install another driver.
